Shailendra is the Managing Director of VizExec Transformation Pvt. Ltd. Before founding VizExec he was working with Oracle India as Director – Sales, Advanced Customer Services leading a sales team for services business in North & East India.
With his ability to appreciate business challenges & IT capabilities, he engages with business heads & CEO/CFO meaningfully helping them to exploit technology for their business objectives.
He holds B.Tech, MBA, Certified 'e-Business Advisor' and Certified 'e-Business Technologist' from IBM. He is also certified as 'Corporate Transformation Methodologist' from Tata group.
Brigadier Ram Chhillar, voluntarily retired from service in Sep 2014. He has over 32 years of experience in some of most demanding and high profile Military Intelligence assignments, mandated to plan and execute comprehensive security solutions in both the Operational as well as Proxy War Domains. He was serving as the Director of Intelligence in a Counter Terrorism environment in Kashmir, when he was handpicked as the Chief of Trans-Frontier Intelligence Operations to supervise the proactive acquisition operations in Cyber as well as HUMINT domains.
The Brigadier is immensely experienced in planning and implementation of comprehensive security solutions and public relations.
He is considered the best in the business and had been repeatedly acknowledged by the senior most hierarchy of the Indian Army and the government’s security apparatus with Medals of bravery and distinguished services, almost in every Military Intelligence assignment tenanted by him, a rare distinction.
Brigadier Ram Chhillar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from JNU and Business Intelligence Course from IIM Kozhikode, Kerala.
Hema Agnihotri has over 17 years of rich experience in Business Relations, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Communications across various verticals like Telecom, IT, Media, Hospitality, Real Estate and Consultancy Services. She is a diversified experienced professional with creative business thinking.
She is the Head – Sales/Marketing/PR for VizExec Transformation. Besides leading all the Go-To-Market initiatives she also manages and develops strategic partnership and long-term alliances of the company. Prior to VizExec, she has been Vice President – Marketing for Innovest Advisory where she promoted various luxury real estate projects.
With her PR and networking ability, she engages with business heads & CXOs meaningfully helping them to explore technology for benefiting their businesses and good offices. She is a B.Com graduate and also holds a Diploma in Textile designing and is also a Certified Gemmologist.
